Beaty Czetö en Ad van der Kouwe presenteren 32 kunstenaars van de Hungarian ElectrographicArt Association (MET) en 12 deelnemers van de Stichting Kunstwerkt die eenbeeldende ode brengen aan de dichters/zelfmoordenaars Attila József (1905-1937) enPiet Paaltjens (1835-1894). Een poëtische ontmoeting tussen de rauwe, bittere werkelijkheidvan de één en de tragische humor van de ander.Deze bijzondere tentoonstelling – waarmee het 15-jarig bestaan van Stichting Kunstwerktwordt gevierd – zal op zondag 5 november 2006, 16.00 uur worden geopend doormevrouw Ildikó Márkus, cultuurattaché van de Hongaarse Ambassade in Nederland. Specialegast is Ágnes HAász, voorzitter van de Hungarian Electrographic Art Association (MET).Optredens zullen worden verzorgd door Petra Ardai en Luc van Loo van de Amsterdamsetheatergroep Space en de musici Cornelis Pons & Anton Swaneveld.Tijdens de tentoonstelling zal Pand Paulus behalve als expositieruimte ook als kerk wordengebruikt; dit als hommage aan Piet Paaltjens (pseudoniem voor François HaverSchmidt) dieer ooit als dominee werkzaam was.
